Our Business Code of Ethics ensures that our suppliers and business partners comply with both ethical and legal standards. This document forms the foundation of all our cooperative business dealings. This document clearly stipulates TLT-Turbo GmbH’s expectations and requirements and both our suppliers and partners are expected to comply with its requirements.
The TLT-Turbo GmbH Ombudsman is the central office for complaints and the reporting of irregular or non-compliant business practices. In addition to our internal Ombudsman, and in order to create a protected channel of communication for TLT-Turbo employees, an impartial, external legal representative was appointed as the extended TLT-Turbo GmbH Ombudsman. Employees and third parties can contact this neutral individual confidentially and anonymously to report any irregularities.
