For our business segment „Corporates“ we are looking for a CFO (m/f/i) for the TLT Group to join our facility in Zweibrücken as soon as possible.
As senior manager of the commercial departments of our entities, representative offices and sales offices in Germany and abroad (e.g. Accounting & Controlling, Commercial Order Management, Compliance), you will support our CEOs in important strategic and operational business decisions. For this purpose, you provide the relevant key figures and make proposals for measures.
You will monitor cash flows within TLT Group, identify strategies for optimal capital utilization, document the financial situation, plan the use of funds, and assist with annual financial statements (individual or consolidated), tax returns, tax audits, M&A activities, and risk management. You are the direct internal contact for related legal, financial and tax issues.
Apart from that you will manage and coordinate all internal and external reporting activities for the TLT Group and establish a global, strategically focused, efficient financial system that integrates all companies. You will support the implementation of a new, global ERP-system and the optimization of existing processes.
Besides the areas of responsibility mentioned, you are the company’s internal contact for compliance and for all order-related and contractual issues in commercial project management.
You have a university degree in business administration as well as consolidated knowledge and many years of professional experience in the areas of finance and accounting, controlling and financial relations. In the course of your career, you have already gained business experience in an international environment and in group accounting and have also successfully held management positions in previous employments.
You are loyal, resilient and reliable, have organizational skills and very good communication skills. You are good at working with numbers and have a feel for financial markets. A strong entrepreneurial mindset completes your profile.
We expect a confident handling of the current MS-Office programs as well as business fluent German and English knowledge in word and writing.
The position requires a willingness to travel domestically and internationally of approximately 30 %.
