Online Meeting Guidelines
Overview
Online meetings and video conferences are comparable to meetings in conference rooms. They take place virtually via the Internet.
You can participate in online meetings and video conferences if you are invited by a TLT-Turbo employee. Use the link in the invitation to join the meeting. By joining, you agree to the privacy policy below. Before joining the conference, you will be asked to enter your first and last name. This information is voluntary and not mandatory for participation. However, they facilitate the execution of the meeting.
TLT-Turbo GmbH uses the tools “Jitsi”, provided by Consultix GmbH, and Teams, provided by Microsoft Corporation, as software. For all participants, the following personal data is processed in the default setting:
- Details of the user: specified name;
- Meeting metadata: Topic, Description (optional), Link, Password (optional);
- Conference data: Video, audio and screen shares, online meeting chat text;
- Messages / Raise hand: Participants can deactivate their video and audio transmission;
- Turning off or muting the camera or microphone is done by the participants themselves, also the screen release must be done explicitly.
Corresponding usage data (log files, chat protocols, etc.) will be deleted latest 1 day after the online meeting has ended, provided that no legal retention periods prevent deletion. The session data is end-to-end encrypted and thus protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
In all other respects, the data protection guidelines of TLT-Turbo GmbH apply.
General terms and conditions for participation in online meetings organized by TLT-Turbo GmbH or its subsidiaries
Participation in an online meeting of TLT-Turbo GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “TLT”) is only possible under the conditions stated here. By participating, you expressly agree to these conditions. TLT reserves the right to exclude participants from the online conference at any time if necessary.

Filming, recordings and recordings may only be made with the prior written consent of all participants. The distribution of recordings must be communicated to the participants in advance.
No company secrets may be disclosed to unauthorized persons.
Export control restrictions (ECC) and data protection regulations (DSGVO) must always be observed and complied with.
Storing information by copying or screen tapping is not permitted.
Use of cookies
We need cookies to conduct the online meeting. Furthermore, during the session we process the user name entered and the settings made by the user during the session (e.g. microphone on/off, etc) . You can find our processing policy here: Privacy Policy – TLT-Turbo

Disclaimer
The information in TLT’s online meetings does not constitute a guarantee, representation or other warranty. Such information must be provided in writing. Furthermore, TLT assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages or lost profits resulting from information provided by TLT in the Online Meetings, unless caused by gross negligence on the part of TLT.
Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the online meetings are offered free of charge.
Use of event documentation
All contents of the online meetings as well as their recordings and documents sent or provided in connection with online meetings are the intellectual property of TLT and enjoy copyright protection. Own use of the documents is permitted exclusively for own purposes. Any disclosure to third parties, further publication or commercial use, as well as any further rights of use in general, are expressly excluded, unless these have been approved in advance in writing by an authorized TLT employee.
