TLT-Turbo Webinars

Overview

Webinars are similar to talks or seminars, except that they take place virtually over the Internet. You can take part in webinars organized by TLT-Turbo GmbH if you register for the event on the webinar platform (GoToWebinar) via the link for the event and agree to the following data protection terms and conditions for webinars. The following data is requested upon registration: first name, surname, company name, function and e-mail address. Additional information provided during registration as well as topic-related surveys prior to the event are voluntary and are not mandatory for participation, but are helpful to enable our moderators to prepare appropriately.

TLT-Turbo GmbH uses the GoToWebinar platform from LogMeIn Inc. to conduct the webinars. The provision of the service and the associated processing of personal data is handled by LogMeIn Inc. This company is therefore responsible for processing the data. LogMeIn’s privacy policy can be found at this link. Your registration information will be shared with us by LogMeIn Inc. for the purpose of conducting the webinar.

During and after the webinar session, additional statistical data will be collected and transmitted by LogMeIn Inc. to TLT-Turbo GmbH. When you attend a webinar, ask or answer a question, in addition to the information you provide during registration, we will also receive additional information about the extent of your participation, interest in the webinar and the question or answer you ask, which we use to provide further customer support and improve our webinar events.

Your connection to the webinar platform is encrypted. Should the webinar be recorded for download for later delivery, our moderator will clearly indicate this before the recording begins. In any case, the recording will only include content prepared by TLT-Turbo. A possible question-and-answer session between or after the other contents will not be recorded. By agreeing to the terms of participation you commit yourself not to record or make screenshots of the webinar session.

You can leave the webinar or end your session at any time by closing your browser or the program on your device. When our moderator ends the webinar, your session participation will be automatically terminated.

In all other respects, the TLT-Turbo GmbH privacy policy and the conditions of participation for webinars apply.
