Smoke Extract Jet FansThe TLT-Turbo Jet Fan generates thrust to accelerate the in-tunnel air flow velocity. It is designed for tunnel operation at exceptionally challenging environmental requirements as well as emergency smoke extraction at extremely high temperatures.

MoJet®The reversible TLT-Turbo MoJet® increases the in-tunnel air flow velocity by up to 50% compared to conventional Jet Fans. To achieve this significant improvement in performance, the MoJet® uses shaped nozzles which turn the jet flow away from the tunnel soffit and walls.

Smoke Extract Tunnel & Metro FansThe TLT-Turbo Tunnel & Metro Fan generates pressure and volume flow at highest efficiencies and product life times. It is designed for tunnel operation at exceptionally challenging environmental requirements as well as emergency smoke extraction at extremely high temperatures.

Variable Pitch Tunnel & Metro FansThe TLT-Turbo Variable Pitch Tunnel & Metro Fan generates pressure and volume flow at highest efficiencies and product life times. Adjustment of the blade angle during operation enables you to cover a wide range of operation points and ventilation scenarios always at the optimum efficiency. It is designed for tunnel operation at exceptionally challenging environmental requirements as well as emergency smoke extraction at extremely high temperatures.

Service & MaintenanceTLT-Turbo provides you with all relevant services around fans and ventilation systems for the whole product life cycle, e.g. site management, maintenance, trouble shooting and many more. We offer additional support during the tunnel design phase to optimize the complete system to guarantee reliable and safe functionality with highest efficiency.

Construction FansThe TLT-Turbo Construction Fan provides the construction site continuously and reliable with fresh air supply or removes consumed air. Due to the modular design the fan performance is scalable and thereby adjustable to tunneling progress. It is designed for operation under exceptionally rough environmental conditions under ground and on site.

Customized FansTLT-Turbo has specialist staff in all relevant technical fields like aeroaccoustics, material science and mechanical engineering. We design fans tailored exactly to your special demands, e.g. overpressure fans, super high temperature fans for 600 °C and above or exceptionally large fans.
