Every fan and its project planning are adapted to its specific installation. Standalone drive systems with operation, control and monitoring systems and their connection to the parent digital control system also forms part of our portfolio. This is followed by manufacturing, transport, assembly supervision and commissioning services. We take aerodynamic acceptance measures to ensure that the system is functioning optimally.

The use of composites reduces the weight of the rotor and lowers the moment of inertia. This allows for quick start up, acceleration and stopping of the fan which reduces power consumption. Additionally composite fan blades offer advanced damage tolerance. For wind tunnel fans we predominantly use carbon fibre blades that are designed, tested and manufactured in-house.
