Privacy policy for the use of external access to TLT-Turbo GmbH resources
As part of the business relationship, we offer our business partners remote access to TLT-Turbo GmbH’s systems/network (resources). This provides the possibility to jointly access selected files and applications of TLT-Turbo GmbH.
Remote access can optionally be used by business partners for contract fulfillment (e.g., to access specific directory structures as part of a consulting engagement).
If the business partner wishes to use remote access, we will issue a license for use for a limited period of time by processing
- the user name or e-mail address and / or
- the IP address
of the user (hereinafter referred to as login data).
When using the remote access, the
- login data
- connection data and
- the transmitted content data (document, audio, image or video data)
are processed for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO), our legitimate interest in effective video communication and its documentation, or on the basis of the user’s consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
Login and connection data will be deleted after 30 days. Deletion periods for content data – if stored (not audio, image or video files) – depend on the retention periods of the respective processing.
The remote access is provided and operated for us by ESCRA GmbH, Starterzentrum A 1.2, 66123 Saarbrücken. ESCRA GmbH processes the above data exclusively on our behalf (Art. 28 DSGVO). Accordingly, these data may only be processed in accordance with our instructions and for our purposes and not for their own purposes.
The information will not be shared with third parties in any other way.
